講座概要

白血病、悪性リンパ腫、多発性骨髄腫などの血液悪性疾患を化学療法、造血幹細胞移植、免疫療法で治療しています。岩手県唯一の骨髄バンク認定施設であり、非血縁者間造血幹細胞移植が可能です。またHLA半合致移植も実施しています。

特徴的な臨床の取り組み

当科は岩手県で唯一の骨髄バンク指定の移植認定病院です。
また、多発性骨髄腫や免疫性血小板減少症等の治験も積極的に行っております。

教授挨拶

血液腫瘍内科はおもに貧血性疾患、白血病などの悪性腫瘍、出血性疾患といった多岐にわたる疾患を対象に最新のエビデンスに基づいた医療を行うことに加え、新たなエビデンスを創る診療科である。血液学の進歩は目覚ましく、ゲノムレベルでの病態解析による新たな知見が白血病やリンパ腫などの治療法開発につながっている。腫瘍細胞内の原因遺伝子を標的とした分子標的薬や患者自身の免疫細胞を取り出し、がん細胞の標的抗原を特異的に認識するキメラ抗原受容体T細胞（CAR-T）療法などが臨床に導入され治療成績は確実に改善している。当科では、新規薬剤や二重特異性抗体を中心とした治療法の開発治験や造血幹細胞移植をはじめとした細胞免疫治療における免疫病態の解析を行いながら、新たなエビデンス創出に資する研究を行なっている。当科ではこのような研究を基盤とした医療を展開できる医師、移植医療に必要なチーム医療のリーダーの役割を果たせる医師の育成を行いながら、高度かつ安全な医療の充実に邁進する。
